After my first paycheck, I was officially a millionaire.
So I bought a bike. 150,000won for this baby ($137). Alex is good friends with Min, the guy at the bike shop, so Min just kept adding things on to it and saying, "service." What a glorious word that is in South Korea. It simply means, "free." And I hear it all the time, which is incredible. So yeah, I got this bike with newly-installed lights on the front and back, as well as other goodies. Oh, and Min, who had already taken me out to a spaghetti dinner for my birthday, tossed a 35,000won pair of biking gloves to me after fixing my bike up and said, "Happy birthday." Awwwwww.
